Have you ever been uprooted from your casual day to day and embarked on a new adventure?
Luke sure was, as was Lancelot, and Lightman. I find myself obsessed with fantasy novels lately.
Like myself, they found themselves one day looking towards the future, one that was uncertain.
It is as if you are reading about Hawkins and an adventure at sea. Or imagining descending further and further down as you embark on an expedition to the center of the earth with Jules.
These all keep me more entertained now then they ever did when I was a child. A big part of this could be the that I now have a son. Having a child is an Adventure itself.
